Quality is a process, not a promise
How we inspect your boards before delivery – and what we do if a defect is still found.
ISO 13485:2016 – medical device quality management
Our first ISO 9001 quality system dates from 1994, and our ISO 13485 system has been certified by SGS Fimko Oy since 2019. The same system, traceability and nonconformity process apply to every order, not only medical devices. SGS audits the system annually.

What happens to every board
Inspection is not a single step at the end; it runs from quotation to delivery.
File review
BOM, Gerbers and placement file are checked before production. Gaps and risky components are flagged already at the quotation stage.
Assembly and soldering
Stencil paste printing, placement and reflow soldering with a product-specific profile. Through-hole parts by wave soldering or by hand.
Solder joint inspection
Every board is inspected under the microscope. Hidden joints, such as under QFN components, are X-rayed with FeinFocus when needed.
Programming and testing
Programming and functional testing according to your instructions or test equipment. Results are recorded traceably.

Every manufacturer has defects. The difference is what happens next.
We do not claim that defects never happen. We promise that every nonconformity is investigated, fixed and documented – and that a defect caused by manufacturing costs you nothing.

- 1. You report the defectA call or an email is enough. Tell us the order, the board ID and what you observed.
- 2. We analyse the boardWe ask for the board back and examine it visually and, if needed, by X-ray.
- 3. Fixed at our costIf the defect is caused by manufacturing, we repair, replace or credit the boards. We pay the shipping.
- 4. Nonconformity reportWe record quantities, root cause and corrective actions. You get the report, and the change shows in the following batches.
